A second leg in Freiburg

Maximilian by day and night - in Freiburg at the Martinstor! A snack stand created out of fear and sympathy located right at the beautiful Schwarzwald.

The developments on this snacks stand began in the 60’s on a reconvalescence trip to the Dom-Stadt (cathedral city).

Out of sympathy for the idyllic south of Germany, and of course the city of Freiburg, but as well fearing the threats of Kruschcows (propagating the communist system) directed towards West Berlin in 1961 at the UNO main conference, the family decided to build a stand outside the Russian zone.
