Maxilette

The Maxilette, (a kielbasa sausage slice of around 80 grams of pork) invented in the 70’s as a counterpart to the hamburger. It is served classically in a Kaiserbrötchen (emperor bun) and onion rings or salad, pickles and a slice of cheese.
