Glass preservation

From our in-house butchering program, we over a wide variety of hearty sausage and meat products that come preserved in a glass (following an old farmers recipe).

At the moment, the Leberwurst (liver sausage) and the Zwiebelmett (onion Mett) are the most asked for by our consumers.

Business application of our product range

To extend your range of choice, Maximilian is offering these preserved meat products in a glass "home-made style". Each glass can be stored for up to 2 years without cooling. Maximilian is happy to supply you with the necessary promotional material.
