The first snacks stand at Kochstrasse
The first snacks stand self-build by Fank Friedrich on the company premises at the Pichelsdorferstraße in Berlin Spandau in 1954. After the build, the stand was positioned in Berlin Kochstrasse.
The bestsellers at the time besides the Bratwurst (banger or fried sausage) was a kind of black pudding and liver sausage.
As the public was poor at the time, we were forced to produce on a low budget.
